Walk Paint Walk, 2013

A self-initiated walking project, documenting 7 walking routes up 7 different mountains and exhibiting a different painting I had previously made on the summit of each.
This was an attempt to break away from the pressures of exhibiting in traditional white cube gallery spaces and to get back to the experience that inspired the work in the first place.
