Walking Art

Getting outside and creating art as part of a journey is at the heart of what I do as a practitioner. Walking art sessions can include drawing, contemplating, observing and/or painting. All of these sessions are a great way to connect with the environment and meet people in a relaxed way. ​

 

Lino Cutting Workshop

A popular session introducing participants to the world of lino printing. Suitable for beginners, I guide you through the technical aspects of using the cutting tools, through to creating your final prints.

Acrylic Painting Classes

In these relaxed sessions, I help guide you to find your own painting style. Offering handy tips and tricks along the way to help explore the material, these progressive sessions build on the skills developed each session. 
I can also offer one-off painting workshops.

Mono Screen Printing Workshop 

This satisfying process gets participants hooked. Painting the screen with a range of ink colours, you never know what the results are going to be until you pull the squeegee over the screen, and lifting to reveal the results on the paper. Suitable for any experience level, this process is particularly fun for those that say 'I can't do art' (no such thing!)

Kids/Family-Friendly Events

I am experienced at facilitating events and workshops for all ages and ability levels. With accessibility at the forefront of my mind, I will often tailor session to suit either a mix of ages or targeted towards a particular age/ ability group depending on the context.
